ESMERES CLOUD SETUP

Implementation of Cloud Accounting System using ESMERES CLOUD. This will include import of current customer and supplier data, tax code, SKUs of inventoriable and non-inventoriable items, fixed asset registry, and the Chart of accounts. During implementation, there will be a monthly fee to cover Support and Subscription. Onboarding starts at Php100,000. Special price for Cooperative, NGOs, and home owner associations.

MYOB (ABSS) SETUP

Automate your accounting department and saves 80% of your accounting time. This includes genuine MYOB software license (5 company datafiles, with serial number). For Multi-User Installation using ABSS(MYOB) Premier starts at P210,000 with 1 month free follow-up.

QUICKBOOKS SETUP

Setup initial data and customize for initial use. This includes setup of Chart of Accounts, Customer List, Supplier List, Product SKUs and Beginning Balance Sheet. Setup starts at Php90000 and optional support that covers subscription fee for Php3000

RETAINERSHIP - BIR

We will assist the taxpayer in all compliances as laid down in the Business' Certificate of Registration.

RETAINER - BIR + SEC

All BIR compliances including Securities and Exchange Commission.

RETAINERSHIP - SSS, PHIC, HDMF

We will handle compliance of all employees to SSS, Phil-health, and Pag-ibig. This includes remittance of premiums and other related concerns. Our rates is billed based on the number of employees.

SEC COMPLIANCE

We will assist the company on all SEC compliances.

ALPHALIST PREPARATION

Monthly or annually, we will assist you in compliance and we'll bill based on the number of lines on the list.

INVENTORY LIST

Annual compliance and will be billed based on the number of Lines.

REGISTRATION OF BOOKS

New or subsequent registration of Book of Accounts. We charge Php500-Php1,000

SLSP PREPARATION

Quarterly compliance of Summary List of Sales and Purchases. We charge based on the number of lines.

0605 PAYMENT AND FILING

Due every 31st of January every year, we will facilitate the online filing and payment. We charge Php1,000 one-time fee.

RETAINERSHIP - BOOKKEEPING

We will do the bookkeeping of your company's transactions. Our deliverables includes but not limited to, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, Bank Reconciliation, and other reports as requested by the Management. We will utilize our ESMERES CLOUD so that the owners could access the information anytime, anywhere, and on real-time. Charges is based on the volume of transactions and complexity of the industry. Instead of Hiring a new employee, we can have it outsourced.

We will register your new business with BIR. We will bill a one-time fee of Php3,500

BUSINESS REGISTRATION - CITYHALL / BUSINESS PERMIT

After you have secured your SEC or DTI, we will have your business registered with your LGU or city. Our deliverable here is Business or Mayor's Permit. Our rate (exclusive of out-of-pocket expenses) starts at Php3,500 depending on your location

BUSINESS REGISTRATION - DTI

When you want to start a small business under your name, we can facilitate your DTI registration for a minimal fee of Php1,500. The certificate could be issued with a day.

BUSINESS REGISTRATION WITH DTI + BUSINESS PERMIT + BIR

Package cost - Php10,000

BUSINESS REGISTRATION - OTHER LICENSES

All other business processing with LGU. Starts with Php3,500

BUSINESS REGISTRATION - SEC

If you want to do business under the form of a corporation, we will assist you in setting One-Person-Corporation (OPC) or regular domestic corporation. We charged a one-time fee of Php20,000.

BUSINESS REGISTRATION WITH SEC + BUSINESS PERMIT + BIR

Package cost - Php25,000

SSS + PHIC + HDMF REGISTRATION

As you are mandated to register your employees with these agencies, we will facilitate registration of the business. We charge a one-time fee of Php1,500/Agency

RENEWAL BUSINESS PERMIT

Due every 20th of January, we will facilitate the renewal of your business permit. This includes securing your barangay clearance, Bureau of Fire permit, and all related licenses. We charge a one-time fee that starts with Php3,500 depending on your location and does not includes out-of-pocket expenses.

BIR ESTATE SETTLEMENT

Assist the heirs in settling the properties left by the decedent. We charge a one-time fee of Php20,000 for the assistance.

ECAR REAL PROPERTY

We will process the release of Electronic Certificate Authorizing Registration. One-time fee of Php15,000

ECAR REAL PROPERTY + ROD

After ECAR, we can proceed with Registry of deeds to effect the change of owner in the real property Certificate. We charge a package rate of Php20,000

ECAR STOCKS

After deed of assignment for shares of stocks and before it will be recorded in the Stockholders' book, we will assist you in securing ECAR and payment for taxes, if any. We charge a one-time fee of Php10,000

ESTATE REVIEW AND CERTIFICATION

For net estate exceeding the threshold, we can review and sign the needed document by the BIR.

BIR REPRESENTATION FOR LOA SETTLEMENT

We will represent you on the current Letter of Authority issued by BIR to examine your books. We will assist you in the reconciliation until its resolution.

OPEN CASES SETTLEMENT

Non-compliance of a tax-payer based on the COR will call for lot of open cases if remained unattended. We will fill the Gap. Our rate starts from Php500 per open case.

TAX CLEARANCE

Required for government biddings and other purposes, we will assist in securing the clearance with constant followup during its routing in the Bureau.

ANNUAL REGISTRATION PAYMENT

Annually all Taxpayers are required to pay via form 0605. We can help you with this.

MAINTENANCE ACCOUNTING SYSTEM + TROUBLESHOOTING + RETRAINING (HOURLY)

On-call maintenance of accounting system that includes closing of year for MYOB/ABSS, retraining of staff, troubleshooting of network, and assist on report customization. Billed hourly, starts at Php3500/Hour

RETAINERSHIP FOR MYOB MAINTENANCE + SUPPORT

Support provided for software implementation throughout its life. This will give the end-user the peace of mind with consultant on-board to handle concerns within the office hours. Billed monthly, ranges from Php3500-Php5000

RETAINERSHIP FOR ESMERES CLOUD

Integral part of ESMERES CLOUD implementation, this will provide support as long as the Cloud is being used by the Company. Billed monthly, ranges from Php3000-Php5000 for the Main Branch and additional charges to branches or affiliate companies may apply.

RETAINERSHIP FOR QUICKBOOKS SUPPORT (INCLUDES SUBSCRIPTION)

Quickbooks implementation support with minimum contract of one year. This will give confidence boost to staff handling Quickbooks as a retainer consultant is on board to handle concerns as it arises on the normal course of their business. Billed monthly, ranges from Php3500-Php5000

DTI PCAB PROCESSING

PCAB accreditation is required for business conducting construction activities. Assistance includes preparation of documents based on the checklist. One-time fee of Php15,000

PCAB FS CERTIFICATION

Financial Statements certification for PCAB Purposes.

GIS FILING

30 days after the regular annual meeting, corporations are required to file General Information Sheet (GIS). Billed one-time for Php2,000

INCREASE AUTHORIZED CAPITALIZATION

Amendment to SEC registration that will cover increase of Authorized Capital of the Corporation. Charged a one-time fee of Php20,000

AGREED UPON ENGAGEMENT

May it be fraud or specific account review, we will deploy competent team members to handle the engagement. Our deliverable includes findings and recommendations that we deem will be corrected or given importance moving forward. We can also act as court's resource person for filing of cases.
